Absolutely beautiful!... both the flower and the butterfly... xoxo Julie Marie
That would look wonderful framed on my wall. Stunning photo.
Thank you, Paulette. Lucky catch. So far this spring, the butterflies have generally been too flighty to capture.
Hi Ann,Just a gorgeous shot! I seem to have more butterflies in my gardens this year, but they don't want to land long enough to be photographed ... lol. Have a great week.
Beautiful photo, Ann! I agree with Donna that the butterflies don't like to be photographed...you know, that's kind of true with animals in general...I always have my cats moving toward me when I bend down to take a picture!
I managed to photograph a moth recently ... sigh. Your butterfly is lovely.
Beautiful! Thanks for linking up to Garden Tuesday!
What a gorgeous photo! Thanks for sharing it. I am stopping by from Bloomin' Tuesday. Have a great week!
Thank you for the mindfulness and patience you are putting into the world when you choose to take a photo like this. We are all blessed--even at a great distance. Blessings for your day.
Excellent capture of the fritillary. It's gratifying to be in the right place at the right time - with your camera.
That is beautiful--thank you for sharing it with us!
It might be an understatement but it is OUTstanding! Thank you Ann, for sharing on Weekly Top Shot #32!
It's always such a breathtaking thing for me to see butterflies alight on my flowers- never gets old. Thanks for sharing this great photo at the TGP!
