Honored to Be a Liebster Blog

Little did I know when I took the leap into blogging a few months ago the incredible reach of this wonderfully creative, caring and connected community. Finding and following these amazing women (and men) has been enlightening, exciting and humbling. This community is like no other I've been associated with--it's so rewarding.

To add to the excitement of joining a new community, today the multi-talented Dina of Mad Tea Parties nominated me for a Liebster Blog Award. (I hope you'll visit her wunderlich blog). Vielen Dank, Dina. You made my day.

The Liebster Blog award is given to up-and-coming bloggers who have fewer than 200 followers. Liebster is German and means sweetest, kindest, nicest, beloved, loveliest, cutest . . .

The rules for the Liebster Award are: 

1. Thank the giver and link back to the blogger who gave it  to you.
2.  Reveal your five personal nominations and let them know by leaving a comment on their blog.

    Nice to meet you too! I'm always happy to see another Nebraska blogger. There aren't very many of us, I don't think -- especially from rural Nebraska. :)
